Oral History Training Days

“An Introduction to Oral History” Training Days


Eastside Community Heritage is pleased to announce that we will be offering a series of one day training courses in Oral History, starting in February 2013!

The training days are offered at a special discounted rate compared to the usual costs of commissioned training, and will provide an overview of Oral History techniques, equipment and preservation. These one day courses are of particular relevance to students and volunteers of the heritage, journalism and community engagement sectors, as well as professionals seeking to gain new skills and develop their practice.

Dates

Every first Wednesday of the month, 11am-4pm:

-3rd July
-7th August

The costs of the one day introductory course are as follows:

Standard: £50 per person
Concessions/Students: £35 per person

Each session will have between four and eight participants, and will take place at our offices in Ilford.
